Beware of revenge negative feedback.

If you are an okay buyer.... read on...
I am an okay purchaser and had 100% positive feedback until recently. An item I won did not arrive. After 1 month I emailed the seller asking politely when the bracelet was sent. I received no reply. I send another email, in a sterner tone asking for shipping details and warning that if I didnt receive a reply I would raise a dispute with PayPal. Still no reply.
I raised a dispute with PayPal, and PayPal sent my email to the seller letting them know I had raised a dispute and wanted a reply to my question "when was my bracelet shipped as I hadnt received it". I waited another 2 weeks and still no reply. I then escalated the dispue to a claim. This means that PayPal advises the seller to respond or a claim will be found against them. Seller gets 20 days to respond . Guess what... no reply from the seller. The claim was found in my favour and I got a PayPal refund.
So, I left factual feedback "Item not received, no reply to my emails, PayPal claimin my favour".
Then I read the feedback the seller left for me that ruins my 100% perfect feedback.
BAD geMUNICAN WITH BUYER. BUYER WAS REFUNDED. SELLER BEAWARE!!!!!!!!!
Next thing I get an email asking for mutual feedback withdrawal. The seller doesnt want potential buyers to know the truth so theyruin my 100% perfect feedback rating unless I withdraw my gement.
I believe that potential buyers have the right to know which sellers dont honour their part of the deal. Which sellers dont make any effort to reply to buyers, let alone help resolve a problem. Buyers should be able to choose to avoid such sellers, or take their chances.
I have had to go through SquareDeal mediators, which costs me $29 USD, to seek to have this sellers unfair negative feedback against me removed. My feedback is truthful and factual and should be valid. I intend to defend the rights of buyers who should not be threatened or bullied by sellers who have done the wrong thing into withdrawing honest and fair feedback.
Buyers on okay unite, protect your good feedback rating from sellers who get nasty because a dispute was found in your favour.
